Important information about the gift voucher
- Each gift voucher has a unique identification code, which is required when booking.
- The experience voucher is valid for a limited time, the expiration date can be found on the voucher.
- The number of people indicated on the voucher indicates the value of the gift voucher. You can also participate in the game with a larger group, in which case you only need to pay the difference.
Step-by-step process for redeeming the experience voucher
- Visit the Parapark Székesfehérvár website and open the Reservation menu item.
- Select the track that suits you and the time you would like to play.
- Enter the required information (name, email address, contact information).
- Determine the number of participants (this may differ from the number on the gift voucher).
- Enter the code on the voucher in the “Giftcard or discount code” field.
- The system will automatically deduct the value of the gift voucher from the total amount and display any remaining fee to be paid.
- After checking, click the Reservation button.
If your booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation of the details by email.
Important information about use
A gift voucher code can only be used once. If you cancel your booking, the code will not be automatically reactivated. If the cancellation occurs outside the deadline specified in the GTC, it is possible to revalidate the experience voucher, but this must be requested separately by email or phone.
